BizWorld Girlpreneur Competition
BizWorld will host our own version of Shark Tank for girl entrepreneurs. Girls with a good idea and/or a budding business can apply to be selected to pitch before a panel of highly successful entrepreneurs, including Shark Tank investor Mark Cuban, prominent Silicon Valley venture capitalist, Tim Draper and Sue Siegel, CEO of GE Ventures.

Wondering what your perfect career might be? Career Girls is hosting a day long speed mentoring session with amazing women who have been successful in their chosen fields. Forty women across five industry categories (medical; public service; business & entrepreneurship; STEM; arts, entertainment & sports) will describe their jobs and share their path to get there.
Visit our very wonderful maker's space featuring everything STEAM (science, engineering, art, and math) from some of our amazing Bay Area top innovators including Genentech, Autodesk, TechShop, FITM, blink!Lab, and Cyant.
Seven jam-packed hours of music, dance and song presented by local girl's performance troupes, panel presentations, amazing speakers and several surprise events...
20 interactive workshops hosted by amazing organizations that support girls throughout the Bay Area and the world. There is something for girls of all ages to join covering topics ranging from body image, healthy relationships, and career choices to serious discussions on health and safety.
Over 50 local and global organizations will showcase their programs and services across important categories including: education and career planning; health, nutrition and fitness; safety and crisis support; leadership; and advocacy.
Sports and activity arena
An outdoor sports and activity arena featuring a Zumba dance tent hosted by Athleta, batting practice with the Giants, bicycling with SoulCycle, archery, squash, a self-defense class, and more.
Global girls' voices
Rise Up, Students Stand with Malala, and Girl Up/UN Foundation — three powerful global organizations will host an amazing panel of young women from Guatemala, Nigeria, Kenya, Afghanistan, Jordan, Kosovo and the US moderated by film maker and actress Jennifer Siebel Newsom.
Super cool fashion show
This chic exhibition sponsored by Athleta will feature clothes that range from established Project Runway designers to FIDM graduates and other local designers. The show will include innovative new looks from casual ready-to-wear to party dresses for prom, modeled by Bay Area girls ages 8-18.
